Step One
Design Appointment
We offer exclusive one-on-one virtual appointments designed to provide a personalized jewelry experience from anywhere.
Your consultation begins with a discussion of your style, inspiration, and budget, allowing our specialists to guide you through our collections and stone options.
We'll help bring your vision to life by sharing expert advice, design insights, and recommendations tailored to your preferences.
Our virtual appointments are relaxed, informative, and completely obligation-free.
Step Two
Tailored Stone Sourcing
If additional stone options are needed, we’ll curate a personalized selection for your review after your consultation. You'll receive digital options to compare and explore from the comfort of your home.
We source high-quality certified Lab-Grown Diamonds and Moissanite in a variety of shapes, sizes, and specifications to help bring your vision to life.
Step Three
Detailed Design
Once your gemstone is selected and deposit paid, we begin the exciting step of creating your detailed design concepts using computer aided design (known as CAD).
These drawings are to the specifications of your chosen gemstone and highly detailed. Our turn-around creating your design renders is up to 2 weeks.
You can make revisions to the design and provide approval.
Step Four
Crafting
Once your design is approved, we commence the exciting crafting stage. Our small team crafts locally, right here in our Chicago studio.
Our lead time is 6-8 weeks from date of design approval. Lead times are always discussed with clients individually.
Step Five
Completion
The final polish is complete, and now it's time to let you know your beautiful ring is ready for collection. You'll be notified by our team to arrange collection or postage.
